Placing an order with Draper's of Manchester is simple:

  2. Choose the correct size, colour, or variant, then click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Once you’re ready, click “Checkout” and enter your shipping and payment information.
  4. Confirm your order, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is returned in its
    original condition with all parts, components, and packaging.
  2. Hygiene-related products are
    thoroughly cleaned before return.
  3. The item has not been damaged or misused.

 Please note:

  1. Return shipping costs are the
    responsibility of the customer.
  2. Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt. If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

  2. Reason for the return
  3. Photos of the product if it’s
    damaged or defective
  4. Your full name and address

 We will review your request and provide the return address. Do not send returns to the sender’s address unless directed by our team.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us
immediately at info@drapersofmanchester.co.uk. Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the item once it arrives.
